BY AIR: The approachable airport to the city is Babatpur which is approximately 35 km away from BHU BY RAIL: Since Varanasi lies in the heartland of the North Indian plains, it is connected to major cities of India via rail. There are two railway stations in Varanasi, Varanasi Cantt. Rly. Station (Junction) and Mughalsarai Rly. Station. From Varanasi Cantt.Railway Station to BHU: BHU Campus is about 10 km. from Varanasi Cantt. Railway Station. Round-the-clock auto/Taxi services are available from Varanasi Cantt. Station to BHU (Lanka). The tentative charges are for reserve auto, Rs.120-150/-, shared auto Rs. 25/- to 35/- and for taxi, Rs. 300/- to 350/- Mughalsarai Railway Station to BHU: BHU Campus is about 20 km. from Mughalsarai Railway Station. BHU has a Student medical center for any emergency and having Sir Sunderlal Hospital in campus is very convenient for any medical emergency

There are many ATMs on the campus and also have a SBI Branch inside the IIT BHU campus.Also, you can access the ATMs located in the Hyderabad Gate area which is very close to the campus

There will be a lot of options of food available during the fest in the form of food stalls which will be available near the event locations and also around the Rajputana Grounds.

Any college student can take part in these competitions. We offer a variety of pocket-friendly tickets for attending stimulating workshops and participating in exciting events.

If you are the team leader, you must go to the competition you are interested in, create a team, and then add the information of all your team members. If you are NOT the team leader, ask the team leader to add your details during the team registration.

Yes. The accommodation charges do include food. However, different paid food courts will be operational during FMC Weekend to cater to the food requirements.

You need to come to the Accommodation Desk, Students Activity Centre (SAC) along with your college identity card. You will be allotted your place to stay on campus and given a registration booklet. In the case of a big contingent, a contingent leader needs to present the ID cards of all the people in his contingent at the accommodation desk along with a list of all the people. Accommodation would be strictly on a shared basis
